Hospitality and Tourism course. Food Science. Students shall be awarded one credit in science for successful completion of this course as described in §130.230 of this title (relating to Food Science (One Credit)). Recommended prerequisite: Principles of Hospitality and Tourism. Students must meet the 40% laboratory and fieldwork requirement in §74.3(b)(2)(C) of this title (relating to Description of a Required Secondary Curriculum). This course is recommended for students in Grade 11 or 12.
