What do Gossip Girl star Blake Lively and Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev have in common? They were both barred from visiting Disneyland. Lively and her older brother received a one-year ban after trying to sneak into the park with fake readmission hand stamps. Khrushchev was prevented from visiting "The Happiest Place on Earth" on this day in 1959 due to security concerns. The Russian leader was livid, and who can blame him? Out-of-control teacups rule.
