We've all heard it. The account of Rosa Parks' heroic stand in which our heroine explains that she was just plain tired. It had been a long day, she was exhausted, and when the bus driver told her to move she decided right then and there that enough was enough.  So she stayed put and the Civil Rights Movement was officially launched. 

But there's a problem with that narrative: it's not true.
