Case Description: Complainant (Apep) accuses Defendant (Serqet) of breaking and entering and assault with a weapon. Claimant argues that Serqet and her associates break into his home (Duat) every night and abuse him; he has filed a restraining order.
Case Status: Dismissed. Serqet argued that any engagement with the claimant (that is: tying him up with giant chains every night) was in self-defense, and also in defense of Ra and his boat full of millions of souls. Serqet and the crew of Ra's boat will be filing a counter-suit accusing Apep of assault. We don't expect to see the end of this anytime soon.
