• While out on her skateboard, Y.T. witnesses Hiro's epic car crash and delivers his pizza; the Mafia notices her doing so.
• Overachieving rent-a-cops arrest Y.T. after the delivery, and she's checked into a horrifying excuse for a prison until Hiro helps her bust out.
• During their escape, they end up in a Mr. Lee's Greater Hong Kong, and Y.T. helps out a Rat Thing (technologically modified guard dog) that was overheating to death.
• Y.T. and Hiro form a partnership to split the proceeds on any information they can dig up and sell, and then Y.T. changes back into normal teenage girl clothes and goes home to her clueless mother.
• At a Vitaly Chernobyl concert, Y.T. spies on Raven a bit for Hiro—but luckily doesn't attract his attention enough to get killed. Which is to say, at all.
• Uncle Enzo sends for Y.T. so that they can meet in person. Uncle Enzo inexplicably charms the street-savvy Y.T., and just like that, Y.T. has become an errand girl for the Mafia.
• Y.T. is dispatched to handle a particular transaction, and so she goes to a weird hippie cult for the pickup. The Mafia intercepts her to analyze the contents of the suitcase; later she gets to see for herself later that it contains drugs. Yay?
• Next, Y.T. gets to visit a druglord-infested wasteland. She goes with Ng in his armored van, and gets a sample of Snow Crash; she nearly gets shot up in the process, too.
• Curious, Y.T. returns to her earlier Mafia-directed pickup zone to interview a space-case chick. Upon finding out that the chick is a former programmer whose brain got melted on the job, Y.T. returns home and smashes her mom's computer to save her from a similar fate.
• This tips off the Feds (who have the house bugged, since Y.T.'s mom works for them) to the fact that Y.T. is onto something. They have Y.T. make a delivery to Fedland and try to capture Y.T., but she's awesome enough to escape using skateboarder tricks… almost.
• When she wakes up, she's in a bus surrounded by singing hippies; the strange immersive environment halfway brainwashes her.
• Upon coming her to senses, Y.T. realizes that she's on the Raft. She has a boring job dishing out food to fellow refugees and religious nuts until a big, sexy dude shows up and takes her out of there.
• At some point, Y.T. realizes that she is on a date with Raven. But he treats her well, and she's horny, so they have sex.
• However, Y.T. forgets about her dentata, which puts Raven to sleep as soon as he's inside her. She figures he's going to kill her, so she freaks out and tracks down Hiro in the Metaverse so they can try to work together.
• Rife takes Y.T. on the chopper back to L.A. with him, figuring that she's insurance against the Mafia gunning him down, but by calling on her skater buddies, Y.T. manages to escape from Rife. She gives Raven the finger on her way out.
• Before she meets her mom for a ride home, Y.T. sees Rife's plane blow up. She doesn't know this, but a former dog of hers that became a Rat Thing did it to protect her. Aw.
