Your Field Guide to Spotting Sobek
Um, Sobek is a crocodile, so you'll be hard-pressed to miss him. Even when he's a human, he has a crocodile head (cool, right?), but he likes to hang out more in croc form. Who wouldn't, what with those awesome teeth and all? Anyway, if you're looking for him, just head to the nearest body of water and you should have some luck.
Sex: Male
Age: Adult
Build: Well built in human form; strong and huge in crocodile form
Complexion: Reddish-brown (human skin); green (crocodile skin)
Hair Color: None (sometimes he wears a blue wig in his crocodile-headed form)
Facial Hair: None
Scars/marks/tattoos: None
Jewelry and accessories: Sometimes a golden collar and bracelets. Sometimes Sobek carries the was scepter (a scepter with Set's or Anubis's head on it that is the hieroglyph for "strength").
Clothing: A white kilt in human/crocodile-head form
Armor: A shirt of golden scale mail
Type of Weapon: In human form: khopesh sword. As a crocodile: miles of super-sharp teeth.
Typical Companions:
Sobek usually travels alone, though sometimes he is seen with Taweret, the hippopotamus goddess. She likes to stick him on her head when she's trying to scare away bad dreams.
