If it weren't for you, there'd be little for the super-famous chefs to cook. Still, we say let Gordon Ramsey and Curtis Stone have the fame. If you wanted the glamorous life, you probably wouldn't choose a career where field day actually means a day in a field somewhere. 

There's no fame here—the only ones wearing designer leather outfits are the cows. Just imagine one of those fashion critique shows following you around while you're trying to work. You probably don't want that interfering with your science.
