You, too, can win salesman of the month...if you sell the right amount of cars. Bonus money is your reward. Maybe if you're in a fancy dealership and you sell a lot of cars, you'll get a plaque at the end of the year. Mostly, the glory comes when a customer you sold a car to refers another customer to you for a repeat sale. Or if customers fill out those comment cards to notify the dealership of what a great salesman you are.

Let's be honest, though. The best reward is actually being able to make a living at the job.
