The supplier ran out of the crap you ordered via their website. You were apparently not the only one attracted to the glow-in-the-dark purse with Swiss army knives built into the strap. So now it's on back order.
The auto-generated email says 6-8 weeks. Legally, you usually have the right to cancel, but like...who else makes a purse like this?
