Black Swan

This is an event that is the exact opposite of what you might have predicted. In fact, black swan events are random, unexpected, and nearly impossible to predict. Kinda like death and taxes.
To put it into perspective, it’s like having the weather channel forecast blue skies and blazing sun in July, so you set up a picnic...only to be hit by a blizzard.
Unexpected. Unpredicted. Black swan. Wasn't that a movie with Queen Armadillo what's-her-name from planet Neru? Eh. Maybe not.
