They follow each other, herded by labradors. Er, no, poodles. Oh wait, no, terriers. Um, no, ok...herded by, yes, shepherds, German or otherwise.
In Wall Street parlance, the sheep trend along a line until the slaughter comes. They do what everyone else does. Good, bad, ugly, and dinner.
