Are you nice? Do people like you? Do you remember to send cards at birthdays? Do you shake hands firmly and look people in the eye? Do you learn to exit the room first before you cut one?
All soft skills. They're valuable in businesses where much or most or virtually all of the competition is extremely similar.
What's not a soft skill? Being able to replace a heart valve. Being an amazing Python coder. Being able to speak 7 languages, including Klingon (their "r"s are soft though).
