Tough...noogie. You can't do anything about it. You bought the shirt on sale. You saw the sign that said, "No returns! And this means you." Yet the shirt ripped the first time you tried your Medium over your XXL shoulders. You have no recourse here. You can't bring it back for a full refund.

The same goes with stocks for which you fairly paid $52.87 a share, only to see them drop to sub-40 territory a week later. No recourse. Of course.
