Speaker: Charles Muntz
Adventure is out there.
Context
This line is spoken by Charles Muntz (voiced by Christopher Plummer) in Up (2009), directed by Pete Docter.
Charles Muntz is a man's man, an adventurer's adventurer, and owner of a nifty plane called The Spirit of Adventure. He's a little on the stubborn side though, and said he wouldn't go back to the U.S. until he captured the mysterious Beast of Paradise Falls, which happens to be an adorable fellow named Kevin.
This quote is his catchphrase and inspired Up's protagonist, Carl, to think about having his own adventures. However, Charles is actually a pretty bad dude complete with a Bond villain-esque lair with talking dogs. He even tries to kill the adorable and hyper Boy Scout Russell, who just wanted to be friends with Kevin.
In the context of Charles' actions in the movie, this quote rings a little hollow. But, nonetheless, Carl does get to fly his house to South America, be a part of hairbreadth escapes, and have the kind of adventures that his late wife Ellie wanted them to have.
Cue the waterworks.
Where you've heard it
This quote is definitely dorm poster, Pinterest board, and T-shirt ready with its call to unplug the Wi-Fi, turn off your smartphone, and experience the beautiful world around you. Just don't trust any creepy hermit dudes with talking pooches.

- This Buzzfeed article has a lot of fun facts about Up, including that Charles Muntz was partially based on Walt Disney himself.
