Context
This line is written by Paul in Romans 2:14.
Paul's writing to the Romans about the law, sin, all that good stuff, and he mentions sort of in passing that if Gentiles (non-Jews) live God's laws even though they're not really obligated to the way the Jews are, that's really cool and God will reward them.
