Remember Christmas morning as a little kid? You couldn't wait to open your presents. You had written to Santa weeks before. You knew exactly what you wanted. You'd even tried to be nice to your little sister all month so you'd be on the "good" list.

You couldn't wait. You were just too excited. When you opened your presents and found the Red Ryder BB Gun you'd been waiting for, you had to go out into the snow right that minute to use it. The world was full of possibilities. Nothing could get you down.

That's exactly how Miranda is feeling in this scene. It's hard for us to imagine, but she's never seen a man she could date before. Then suddenly a whole group of them comes along. Just like Christmas morning, the possibility of it all is way more exciting than the thing itself.

As luck would have it, it turns out those guys aren't really all that good. And that BB gun? Well, let's just say it's all fun and games until someone loses an eye. But when Miranda first lays eyes on her men, she doesn't know that. To her, it's just a brave new world, filled with hotties.
