Peter Parker gets bit by a spider and gains superhero powers in Spiderman. King Kong sees a beautiful girl and is as good as dead. Gravity's Dr. Stone gets separated from her space shuttle. Frodo puts a random gold ring on when it accidentally falls in the Prancing Pony tavern in The Lord of the Rings.

What do all of these have in common? They all have moments—or really crucial moments, we should say—that happen in the blink of an eye, and then dramatically affect the rest of the movie as we know it. There's no warning it's gonna happen, but when it does, the rest is history.

Isn't that the way it is in life sometimes? For whatever reason, your day changes in a split second, without you even realizing it. Now we hope you're not flying off into space or getting bit by a radioactive spider, but we think you know what we mean.
