Joseph may as well have a mug that reads World's Greatest Mentor—he's just that good. When Susanna goes to live with Joseph and Elizabeth, she finds the best big bro around. He helps her to make tough decisions like when to speak out about the witch madness, and he even teaches her to shoot a gun. And Susanna isn't his only fan—Johnathan is part of the Joseph Proctor Fan Club, too. In fact, Joseph is such a good mentor that everyone who opposes the witch trials ends up under Joe's wings, and that's pretty amazing.
