Esther

There are several people who help Ishmael on his journey back to become a healthy and whole person. But the first person who really steps up to help Ishmael is Esther. She figures out that Ishmael likes rap music (good way to get him to visit the nurse's office) and she really listens when he talks. Most importantly, she doesn't judge Ishmael, even though he's done some pretty horrific things. This lady is all right.
