- The Genie is an immortal being who seems to have the ability to see through all time and space.
- The Genie's trapped inside his lamp in the Cave of Wonders for 10,000 years before he's freed by Aladdin. Now he's got to grant his new master three wishes.
- The Genie is tricked into helping Aladdin escape from the Cave of Wonders. D'oh.
- The Genie explains that he's a prisoner in the lamp. He can't get out unless his master wishes him free. Aladdin says he'll use his last wish to do just that.
- Then, the Genie grants Aladdin's first wish—to make the poor boy into a prince.
- The Genie leads a grand parade through the streets of Agrabah to introduce Aladdin to Princess Jasmine.
- When Jasmine turns her nose up as Aladdin posing as "Prince Ali," the Genie gives Aladdin further romantic advice and tells him that the best course of action would be just to tell the truth. Good luck with that, Genie.
- When Aladdin is captured and almost drowns, the Genie uses up Aladdin's second wish to save him from drowning. Aww. Best beds.
