He arrives a bit late in the game but Mr. Talbot provides Luke with some valuable information. Oh, and he saves Luke from being caught by the Population Police. No biggie. Jen's dad steps up to the plate and gives Luke a proper history lesson on the Government and Population Law plus a way more valuable fake I.D.
