We know what you're thinking: isn't Colin hung up on K-19 the entire book? In some ways yes, but she isn't really in the book aside from in Colin's mind. Plus, he's already been dumped by the time the book begins, so we think Lindsey's the one who gets the title of romantic interest because she and Colin end up together. Also, if we want to get technical (and we always do), the majority of the book is about Colin getting to know Lindsey—they start out as working together, but before we know it, they're sharing their secrets and swapping their dating records with one another. That sounds like a love interest to us.
