Nancy Wheeler

We know it seems odd to call Margaret's best friend her antagonist, but bear with us here. Yes Nancy and Margaret are besties, but Nancy also challenges Margaret. She lies to her, or at the very least misleads her, and she does her best to tell Margaret how to think about others. Eventually though, Nancy's bossiness provides an opportunity for Margaret to stand up for herself, like when she apologizes to Moose for believing Nancy's misinformation, and so while she gets in Margaret's way sometimes, she ultimately also helps her come into her own.
