Mme de Warens

She gives him money and love during his formative years, so it's pretty clear that Rousseau sees Mme de Warens (Mama) as a guide. He also respects her as an intellectual and a person. After all, she's constantly hosting parties with the smartest people and the best musicians. She surrounds herself with awesome people, and so Rousseau does too.
