We're rooting the whole way for Charlie to triumph and give his false friends a comeuppance. Even when he starts getting a tad snooty and smarmy, he never completely abandons his sweet self. It's not easy to have your world turned upside-down by an experimental surgery, but Charlie rocks it the whole way through.
