William Borg

Character Analysis

Borg and Blomkvist have been enemies for about fifteen years, since they worked together at a newspaper. Blomkvist outs Borg as a corrupt, irresponsible financial journalist in his book The Knights Templar (see "Symbols" for discussion). Borg gloats when Blomkvist is convicted of libeling Wennerström, and Blomkvist gloats back when he turns out to be right about Wennerström after all.
