Alice

Alice is the protagonist, sure, but that doesn't mean she can't be her own worst enemy. Even though she tries to blame her problems on outside sources, every time she really messes up, it all comes down to her own poor choices and weak willpower.

You could make an argument that Jan and Marcie, the girls who drug her and lead to her mental breakdown, are the antagonists, but you'd be wrong. (Just kidding. They would work as antagonists, but Alice is the main one. It's like comparing Draco Malfoy and Voldemort—they're both against Harry Potter, but one is significantly worse.)
