It's mostly subtle innuendo here, but we do get full anatomic exposure at least once. Since Grendel spends most of his time in isolation, the only time you'll need to cover your eyes is when he forces Wealtheow's legs apart and gets an unpleasant surprise. Oh, yeah, there's also that little bit of eroticism when he sees Beowulf's naked shoulders, but if you blink, you'll miss it.
