Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint)’s Timeline and Summary

Like Harry and Hermione, Ron ends up on the road looking for Horcruxes instead of going back to school this year. And the whole journey is pretty frustrating for him.
In fact, he gets so fed up with the lack of progress (and a perception that Harry and Hermione are leaving him out/possibly in love) that he leaves them.
He regrets it almost immediately, though, and with the help of Dumbledore's magic Deluminator, he finds his way back to the gang—and just in time to save Harry from drowning in an icy pond.
Ron overcomes his demons by literally fighting whatever evil thing Voldemort has hidden in the Horcrux to protect it from destruction.
He wins, and they've destroyed another Horcrux. It's a big win in the battle against Voldemort. We think maybe Ron is finally feeling more involved in the process of taking down evil once and for all.
