• Elliot and Jules spot Nora and Vee having breakfast at Enzo's Bistro. He makes introductions.
• Elliot has transferred from Kinghorn Prep to Coldwater High. He shows up in Nora's PE class and picks her first for softball; they engage in some base-ic flirtation (get it?), even with Patch watching. Nora assures Elliot there's nothing going on with her and Patch, and Elliot invites her and Vee to go with him and Jules to Delphic on Saturday night.
• Nora and Vee meet Elliot and Jules at Delphic. Nora ditches them.
• Nora reads an article online about how Elliot was questioned in the hanging death of eighteen-year-old Kjirsten Halverson. Elliot just so happens to walk by the library's computer lab while Nora is reading the article.
• Vee invites Jules and Elliot to dinner at the Borderline to celebrate her release from the hospital. Elliot meets them, but he says that Jules is too sick to join them.
• Elliot shows up at Nora's house one Sunday morning to ask her and Vee to camping with him and Jules. When Nora says no, Elliot gets violent.
• Nora goes to Portland to get more info about Elliot and Kjirsten. A waitress tells Nora that Elliot and Kjirsten used to hook up and that he paid for Kjirsten's apartment.
• Jules and Elliot go to a party with Vee in Portland on the same night that Nora is in Portland. They leave Vee at the party to go "to Kinghorn to pick up something" (21.15).
• Jules and Elliot don't find whatever it is they want, so they head back to Coldwater.
• Elliot, Jules, and Vee break into the high school to play hide-and-seek. Vee calls Nora to come play as well, and Elliot gets on the phone to say she better come or else he'll hang Vee.
• Nora finds Elliot badly injured inside the school.
• Help arrives in time to save him. He's in the hospital and will be okay.
