Professor Jerry

Leave it to the resident scholar to be the guide. Jerry is knowledgeable, sure, but where he really comes in handy is helping Mia deal with her condition. He hooks her up with info on other synesthetes and allows her the freedom to be herself. Like any good mentor, he's always ready with some advice or cautionary tale before Mia makes any drastic decisions. He helps her realize she doesn't actually want to get rid of her synesthesia, just figure out how to harness it when she's doing math.
