This poem shouldn't give you too much trouble. Sure, it's not always clear what the speaker means when he says things like "loving," but in general his sentences are pretty short and clear, his word choice very simple. The only real difficulties lie in trying to figure out why the speaker is thinking about death, or what exactly is going on with the meter. But we've got those covered.
