Case Description: Complainant (Artemis) accuses Defendant (Gaia) of murder. Orion started hanging out with Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, on Delos, where they hunted down everything that moved. When Orion bragged that he was going to slay every creature on the planet, Mother Earth got ticked off and sent a scorpion to kill him.
Case Status: Case dismissed. Gaia is the Earth itself, making prosecution pretty difficult.
