Not Applicable….for realsies

Okay, we apologize for saying "for realsies," but sometimes there just isn't an obvious antagonist. On one hand it's nice because it means stories don't always need a jerk, but on the other hand it's a bummer because jerks are fun to read about and discuss. Mavis is the only person who approaches outright unlikability (check out her "Character" page for the deets), but she's not a major counterforce against Grace. She's not exactly an enemy. She just kind of hangs out in the rafters with those "little pouches of boredom" perpetually hiding the corners of her mouth, which seems more sad than unlikable.
