Father Pirard Timeline and Summary

Julien meets Father Pirard when he first travels to seminary school in Besançon. Pirard is intimidating at first, but kind.
Julien quickly becomes Pirard's prize pupil.
Pirard confronts Julien one night for keeping a young woman's contact info in his trunk. But Julien lies his way out of it.
Pirard gets offered a job by the Marquis de La Mole. He turns down the job and asks if Julien can have it instead.
Pirard travels to Paris with Julien, since he's taken a new position at a local parish.
Pirard tries to give Julien advice during his time in Paris. He continuously tells Julien to follow the way of the Lord. But that falls by the wayside after Julien knocks up his girlfriend and shoots his former lover while at church.
