The Pants

The Pants help the girls through their problems—or that's what the girls believe anyway. While wearing the Pants, they find courage and confidence they didn't know they had, and they each look to the Pants when all hope is lost. With the Pants, the girls feel secure, capable, and not alone, and in this way, the Pants act as their mentor, pushing them through tough times. 

If you haven't read up on the Pants in the "Symbols" section, though, now would probably be a good time to hop on over there and do so. We promise it'll shed some extra light on this whole Pants-as-guide situation.
