• Sophie is captured by the BFG and taken back to his cave in Giant Country. Let the fear of being eaten commence.
• Sophie learns that the BFG isn’t going to eat her, but wants her to stay in Giant Country forever. She also learns about the other, people-eating giants, and about dream-catching and snozzcumbers. The worst part is probably the snozzcumbers.
• Sophie hides in a snozzcumber from the Bloodbottler. The Bloodbottler bites off a hunk the snozzcumber with her in it, but spits them both back out.
• Sophie enjoys some of the BFG’s frobscottle, which makes them both whizzpop.
• Sophie goes along with the BFG to Dream Country. She watches him catch a phizzwizard (good) and a trogglehumper (bad). She also watches him blow the trogglehumper at Fleshlumpeater. Serves you right, Fleshlumpeater.
• Sophie comes up with a plan to alert the Queen of England about the murderous other giants. She convinces the BFG to mix a dream for the Queen with all the necessary information.
• Sophie rides in the BFG’s ear to the castle window, and waits on the Queen’s bedroom windowsill for her to wake up.
• When the Queen wakes up and finds her, Sophie explains to the Queen that her dream is real. She calls the BFG over for extra proof.
• Sophie and the BFG are treated to breakfast with the Queen. Proper British etiquette takes a blow.
• Sophie watches as the Queen calls her Heads of the Army and Air Force to form a plan to capture the giants.
• Sophie rides in the BFG’s ear as they lead the military to Giant Country. Cozy.
• When the Fleshlumpeater is about to eat a soldier, Sophie sticks the Queen’s brooch into his foot. This allows the BFG to convince him that he was bitten by a snake. They capture the Fleshlumpeater this way.
• Sophie helps the BFG gather his dream collection and snozzcumbers for the giants. Then they head back to England.
• Sophie gets a present. It’s a cottage next to the BFG’s house.
• She teaches the BFG to speak properly and encourages him to write about his life. And you know what happens next
