Cam Attling

Though Cam shares the spotlight with a slew of other characters, we think he's our main man because his journey is the most prominent. While pretty much everyone is dealing with the war in their own way in this book, it's Cam's struggle with the villagers and his own family that takes center stage—plus he's the one we follow back to Gyaar to figure out what happened on the battlefield and after. We come to care about the other characters, but Cam is the one looking for answers, so we're basically along for his ride.
