Old English scholar Bernard Muir put together a comprehensive facsimile of the Exeter Book, and released it as a DVD. Amazon is selling them for about $180. Seems like a bargain to us. (Source.)
Scholars believe that the Exeter Book—and "The Wife's Lament" along with it—was given as a gift to Leofric, bishop of Exeter, sometime between 1050 and 1072 CE. (Source.)
