Character Analysis
Sid's a real goody-two-shoes, and a spoilsport to boot. He never has much of anything good to say about Tom, and seems to derive pleasure from messing with Tom. As such, he gets dirt clods thrown at him by Tom and is generally loathed. He's not all bad, though; when Tom complains that his toe is "mortified" and begins howling like a banshee, Sid seems genuinely concerned.
