Mrs. Hale

Like we said in our protagonist section, Mrs. Hale does a lot to wake Mrs. Peters up to all the rampant misogyny that the menfolk are flinging at them. By the end of the play, Mrs. Hale has Mrs. Peters totally connecting with Mrs. Wright on a woman-to-woman level. So Mrs. Peters turns rebel and tries to hide the evidence from the Attorney.
