Prince Victor Dashkov Timeline & Summary

At St. Vladimir's, Rose and Lissa get an earful from Headmistress Kirova about running away. Rose takes the brunt of it, and is suspended from all extra-curricular activities, but Victor stands up for the girls. He can tell they share a special, psychic bond.
Victor asks Rose about her bond with Lissa. He's really curious about it because it's a hobby of his to read about psychic bonds… or so he claims.
Lissa and Rose go to the mall with Prince Victor, Natalie, and some guardians. While there, Victor talks to Lissa about her abilities, and almost completely ignores his own daughter, Natalie.
A couple days later, Lissa is kidnapped by a bunch of guardians and taken to a cabin in the woods.
Victor orders for Lissa to be tortured so she will use her magical healing powers to heal him from a disease. It takes a lot out of her.
After the guardians come, Victor defends what he did, even though it hurt Lissa. He also lets Rose in on a little secret: Lissa brought her back from the dead, just like St. Vladimir did with Anna, and this is why she's called shadow-kissed. It's also why the girls are so attached to each other.
Victor is locked up, but has managed to persuade his own daughter, Natalie, to turn into a Strigoi so she can spring him. He wants to change how Morois are trained to protect themselves.
Too bad Dimitri is on the scene. He takes Strigoi-Natalie down, and Victor is locked away again.
