This is a children's book, so it's pretty dang tame. You won't find any sex (or even any drugs or violence or other objectionable content).
The worst thing that happens is a stuffed rabbit is almost burned in a bonfire. He's rescued before the worst can happen though. We can't say the same for the picture books in the pile with him. Godspeed, book friends. Godspeed.
