Case Description: An embalmer walked into the preparation room and found Wepwawet holding a large obsidian knife on a handle, called an adze, to the mouth of a mummified man. He called the police and accused Wepwawet of assaulting the mummy.
Case Status: Case dismissed. Wepwawet explained that he was merely performing the Opening of the Mouth ceremony that Anubis often performs since Anubis had taken the afternoon off.
