Maura

Maura is clearly a bad guy in this story. She lies to will and betrays their friendship, hurting him really badly by pretending to be Isaac. Even though he sort of forgives her in the end, what Maura does is so not cool on so many levels.

Tiny Cooper

Is Tiny really an antagonist? Well, sort of. For most of the story, Tiny is the person who annoys Will the most, so while in many ways he's a perfectly fine friend, he's also a barrier to Will's happiness. Tiny doesn't mean to hurt Will (and he eventually apologizes), but that doesn't mean he doesn't give his best friend a little grief now and then. Because he does.
