Exactly how steamy is this story?

Most of Woman on the Edge of Time is not very sexy. Either you're having intellectual discussions about the perfect gardens of the future, or else you're stuck in an insane asylum being dehumanized by bureaucrats. Not much space for sexy fun times. However, Connie does manage one very steamy, more-than-a-little explicit encounter with Bee in the future (9.203-9.230). And thank goodness; she deserves some happiness in this book.
There are a few other sexual situations that might startle the faint of heart, particularly a scene (not very explicit) involving children (7.93). The future has fewer taboos than we do… not so few that we're R; just few enough for PG-13.
