John Lennon was born on this day in 1940. You may be surprised to learn that the man who encouraged the world to "imagine no possessions" was a huge Monopoly fan. He used to bring his own copy of the Parker Brothers classic with him on tour and was obsessed with owning Boardwalk and Park Place. Wonder which token he used. We're going to go with the thimble.
