- Hema refuses to operate, because she's "just had twins," so Ghosh, who's not a surgeon, goes for it and tries to save the officer.
- Somehow, Ghosh gets through it, and he wins the friendship of the officer.
- Everybody gathers to bury Sister Mary Joseph Praise.
