How It All Goes Down
- Back at Missing, Dr. Stone throws up at the prospect of having to operate on his dear nurse, Sister Mary Joseph Praise. Then he sits down on the stool between her legs and sees the baby's head trying to make its way out.
- Dr. Stone wants to get the baby out of Sister Mary Joseph Praise because she is losing so much blood. He decides to smash the baby's skull, the better to yank it out of the birth canal. Yikes.
- The baby, Shiva, is about to be speared in the head by Dr. Stone. Marion, his twin brother further up in the uterus, pulls Shiva back in to safety. Yes, you read that right. It's getting real in here.
- Dr. Stone stays after his dirty work, and Matron knows that it's a terrible idea.
