How It All Goes Down
The Council of War
- Willbury calls to order a Council of War on board the ship. He tells everyone about the machine that Snatcher is using to shrink underlings and grow… what?
- Then Kipper and Tom, acting as guards, tell everyone that there are two cabbageheads heading their way. Titus goes down to fetch them.
- With Willbury translating, everyone learns that the cabbageheads came up from underground using the rabbit women's tunnels; the underground is flooding, too.
- Kipper has the idea to use those tunnels to burrow into the Cheese Hall from underneath. But how will they get past the police?
- Boxtrolls are the solution. Or, boxtroll costumes, that is. The police aren't too bright, so all the humans will put on boxes and pretend to be boxtrolls so they can sneak past.
- Everyone cuts up cardboard boxes and begins to sneak off the ship in small numbers. Marjorie rigs up the beam engine to power a display of dancing mannequins while the crows play loud music.
- While it looks like there's a party on the ship, everyone manages to get off board in disguise.
